This agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the terms under which EVATECH (“we”, “our”, “us”) sells custom-made car mats (the “Products”) to you (“you”, “your”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Our Products are custom-made to fit specific vehicle models. You may use our online configurator to select options; however, the configurator does not guarantee availability for your exact trim.
Order acceptance occurs when we email an order confirmation stating that we can produce your specific set. If we cannot produce your set, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Product photos are illustrative, and colours may vary slightly due to device display settings, lighting, or minor batch variations.
We accept PayPal and major credit cards via our website (processed automatically). For Interac e-Transfer or cash payments, contact info@eva-tech.ca. Orders placed via e-transfer or cash must be paid within 3 business days or they may be cancelled.
Refunds for card/PayPal payments are issued to the original payment method. Cash and Interac e-Transfer refunds are issued by Interac e-Transfer if the original method is unavailable.
Standard production time is up to 5 business days from payment. If your model is not in stock or requires additional patterning, production may take up to 14 days. We will notify you of any delay and, if production becomes impossible, we will provide a full refund.
We ship within Canada only via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. Typical delivery times are 1–7 business days, depending on destination (remote and northern areas may take longer). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by postal code, and the fee shown at checkout is final and will not increase after order confirmation.
Free shipping: Orders of $100 or more (before tax) ship free via standard ground service to all Canadian provinces and territories. Orders under $100 (before tax) are charged at the rate shown at checkout.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier (or when we complete any direct hand-off to your designated recipient). If a shipment is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, you must submit the claim directly to the carrier under their policies. We will provide reasonable assistance (tracking details, proof of dispatch, carrier references).
The carrier’s scan records (e.g., “delivered”) serve as proof of delivery, unless you provide timely evidence to the contrary.
We provide a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting on the delivery date. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, cuts/burns, abnormal wear, or damage caused by sharp objects. Your order confirmation and the warranty email serve as proof for any claim.
Nothing in this Agreement limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable Ontario and federal law.
Proper installation is critical. Use OEM clips and the supplied hook-and-loop fasteners. Ensure mats do not interfere with pedals or seat rails. If interference occurs, stop using the mats immediately and contact us for assistance. Issues resulting from improper installation are not covered by the warranty.
If you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@eva-tech.ca with your order number and photos (if relevant) to obtain an RMA. Returned items must be unused, clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition, with all components included.
