Warranty
Evatech provides a 1-year warranty on all car mats, beginning on the date you receive them. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and does not cover misuse, improper installation, cuts, burns, damage from sharp objects, or abnormal wear.
If a covered defect or an Evatech error is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product and cover the related shipping costs. Keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase for any claim.
Proof of Purchase
Your warranty is valid for 1 year from the date you receive your mats. Keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase for future warranty claims.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage.
- Products that have been altered or modified by the customer
Installation Guidelines
Proper installation is essential for product performance. Installation guidelines are provided with your car mats upon delivery. Be sure to follow these instructions carefully to avoid any issues.
Refund
We understand that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations. For this reason, we offer a return policy that allows customers to return products within 7 days of receiving them, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Include your order number or other proof of purchase.
Return Process
To request a return, email info.evatech.ca@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product and include your order number and photos when relevant. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the full return address.
Please note:
- Changed-mind returns: The customer pays the return shipping. The product must be unused, clean, and in resalable condition.
- Defect or Evatech error: Evatech pays the return or exchange shipping after the issue is confirmed.
- Return location: Kingston, ON. The full address is provided after the return is approved.
Timing for Returns
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Returned products must not have been used and must meet the conditions above.
